How to Resolve Builder or Renovator Complaints


  1. Builder Concerns: If your builder is registered with Tarion, start with their claims process to address any disputes or concerns. Learn about Tarion’s claims process here.
  2. Escalation: If Tarion does not resolve your issue, contact the New Home Ombuds Office for further assistance.
