Ontario Renovators’ Council

 

The ORC meets regularly to discuss issues of importance to renovator members. Council membership is drawn from across the province to ensure a broad set of perspectives are considered.

This year, the ORC has implemented an Action Plan that incorporates ten key initiatives, including an inaugural Renovator Summit in November 2025.

RenoMark: Raising the Bar for Renovators

The RenoMark symbol signifies trusted members of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association who adhere to a rigorous, renovation-specific Code of Conduct. Online Verification System
The online verification system is a simple, three-step process for renovators and trade contractors to join the RenoMark program. By attesting to the RenoMark Code of Conduct, uploading required documentation, and signing the Licensing Agreement, members gain access to a full suite of marketing materials to promote their designation.
