Hosted by the Ontario Home Builders’ Association Southwest Regional Group, this summit will gather industry leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders from across the province, offering a unique opportunity to enhance your knowledge of the building code and its practical applications.

We will dive into the recently released 2024 Ontario Building Code (OBC) and priorities for the 2025 and 2030 National Building Code (NBC). Our afternoon program will offer three specialized sessions, each providing a technical overview, case studies and a panel discussion. To wrap up the day, we will explore the future growth and development of Southwestern Ontario in a dynamic panel discussion.
