This course is taken at students’ own pace, and a review and exam is held in-person at the OHBA office.
Increase your awareness and understanding of the elements of Customer Service and Warranty that directly affect the everyday operation of your building or renovating company. Management and staff will gain a better understanding of the importance of exceeding services expectations.
* Note: Course is approved by Tarion Warranty Corporation, and successful completion is required to obtain warranty coverage.
